These terms govern use of aivisible.pl. The owner and operator is Better Nerf Technology Rafał Fuchs, NIP 9910546692, REGON 523420243.

The website lets users review services, contact the operator, submit company information and enquire about an audit or consultation.

Submitting a form does not conclude a contract. Scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed separately. Services are provided with professional care, but no ranking, recommendation, revenue or permanent model presence is guaranteed.

Users must comply with applicable law and may not submit unlawful content, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access. Access may be limited temporarily for maintenance.

Website content and delivered reports remain the intellectual property of the controller. Unless agreed otherwise, payment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use by the client.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not covered here are governed by applicable Polish law, and disputes are handled by the competent Polish courts.
