Agency clients often ask about AI without a clearly defined problem. The agency's job in that moment is to separate qualification, measurement, audit, implementation and monitoring, rather than selling one vague service.

AI Visibility is one of the few niches in marketing where every agency starts at roughly the same point. Nobody has years of accumulated advantage. The market is opening now.

What does an agency client actually buy?

Before designing the service, you have to know what the client genuinely wants solved. A B2B owner does not buy "optimisation for generative models". They buy an answer to "why does my company not appear when buyers ask AI about solving my problem?" - and a plan of action.

Concretely: the client wants first to assess the scale of the problem, then understand the causes, implement the priorities and observe the change. That maps onto four products: a Snapshot, a strategic audit, a sprint and monitoring.

Four AI Visibility products for agencies

  1. 1AI Visibility Snapshot - a narrow, paid measurement of one category with complete answers, coding rules and a clear decision-ready conclusion. A free stage should qualify the scope, not pretend to be a full audit.
  2. 2Strategic AI Visibility Audit - buyer research, complete answer records, a benchmark, source analysis and the roadmap needed for a decision.
  3. 3AI Recommendation Sprint - delivery of selected priorities from the audit, documentation of what was implemented and a comparable follow-up measurement wave.
  4. 4Continuous AI Visibility - recurring measurement, interpretation of changes, competitor alerts and an agenda for the next experiments.

How to price an AI Visibility service

The market is young, so price lists vary widely. Based on our own market observation:

ProductScopeIndicative price, net
AI Visibility SnapshotOne category and a decision on further investmentPLN 1,500-2,900
Strategic AI Visibility AuditBuyer research, benchmark, sources and roadmapPLN 2,900-4,900
AI Recommendation SprintAn agreed backlog, publishing and follow-up measurementPLN 8,900-19,900
Continuous AI VisibilityMeasurement, interpretation and further experimentsPLN 2,900-7,900 per month

Sales strategy: qualify the category free of charge, but sell full measurement as a standalone product. Propose a sprint and monitoring only when the result and the organisation's readiness justify the next stage.

Sales arguments for a B2B client

The conversation should not open with "we have a new AI Visibility service". It should open with a question that creates useful discomfort: "Have you checked what ChatGPT says about companies in your category when somebody is looking for a supplier?"

  • "Your prospective buyers ask AI - do you know who AI recommends to them?" - the opening question
  • "More B2B decision-makers start with ChatGPT rather than Google" - market context
  • "Your competitors may already be visible in AI, without your knowing" - a sense of urgency
  • "The diagnosis takes five days and gives concrete answers, not guesses" - low entry risk
  • "This does not replace SEO - it complements it and opens a new lead channel" - no conflict with existing services

The white-label model: selling the service without building it

Agencies that do not want to spend months building their own AI Visibility methodology and tooling can use a white-label model - buying the service from a specialist partner and selling it under their own brand. In practice: the agency sells the diagnosis to the client, commissions delivery from the partner, receives a report branded with its own logo and presents the results.

The advantages: market entry without investing in tooling, no quality risk on the first projects, and the ability to test demand before building in-house competence. The drawbacks: a lower margin, less control over the process, and dependence on a partner. For agencies just entering the field, white-label is a sensible starting point.

Where to build AI Visibility competence

The training market for AI Visibility is still forming. The best sources of knowledge today are research and blogs from Ahrefs, SparkToro and Search Engine Land, your own experiments with AI systems and, for a complete picture, working with specialist firms. Our agency partner programme covers methodology training, access to diagnostic tooling and expert support on the first projects.
